Red Sea Division
Red Sea Division was more of an experimental band for me. I got a little addicted to different pedals and effects. I also approached this band from a more mature standpoint. It definitely helped me grow as a musician. We recorded a few songs at SAE in Atlanta as well as the drummers studio, which may sound familiar, Energy Sound Studio.

2007-2008

Fairview
Fairview was an extremely fun band to play in, everything we did had only one meaning.. FUN. It was pop punk at it’s finest for me. We played a few shows and had a few homemade recordings, all-in-all it was a blast.

You can listen to Fairview here.

We Are The Avenue
We Are The Avenue was the first band I played guitar in, unless you count the band Junk-Mail that lasted for 3 weeks back in 8th grade! It was a pretty neat direction of music for all involved and was a great experience. Unfortunately though after only one show we called it quits.

You can listen to some homemade recordings here.

2004-2005

Rocky Branch
Rocky Branch was hands down the most fun I’ve had playing bass in a band. It was a completely different style then what I was used to, but that’s the entire point. This band had CD’s pressed, T-Shirts, Stickers, Buttons and a trailer all before the first show. The only problem with this band was that it was very short lived.

You can listen to Rocky Branch here.

Style Over Substance
Style Over Substance was so-far the most successful band I’ve been in. We got signed to an independent label, recorded well over 70 songs, were featured on 96 Rock as well as 96.7 The Buzz, we also won an online radio contest put on by 96.7 The Buzz to play the Atlantis Music Conference, and had the opportunity to play the Ernie Ball stage at Warped Tour by winning another online contest. We were sponsored by Rockett Clothing and a few other up and coming clothing companies.

1996-1999

The Goonies
The very first band I was in was called The Goonies. We were a high school garage band doing everything we could to play punk rock music. We recorded a 4 song EP in the same studio as “Whoop, There It Is!” However, the quality was nowhere near good but we were all 15 years old and didn’t care very much!
